Client Brief

A newly refurbished property situated close to the cliff top and exposed to salt laden winds. The design aimed to provide a sense of arrival, easy maintenance and offer year round interest whilst retaining parking space for 2 cars.  

Key Features

• Hardscape made up of boulders, pebbles and gravel that reflect the coastal landscape.
• Resilient planting tolerant of coastal conditions including dwarf pines, grasses, tough perennials and a multi stem Arbutus.
• A seating area to rest after a beach walk or sit and watch the world go by.
